Sales Manager

Candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:


  • technical competence in Advanced Business Analytics Solutions and expertise in analysis of reference markets;
  • proven track record in sales and account management in business analytics sector, as a consultant;
  • fluent english;


The manager we seek must be able to:


  • contribute to strategy definition and take responsibility for sales of B.I. and B.A. solutions
  • grow and maintain a dense, durable network of relationships with Customers and their decision makers;
  • develop deep consulting knowledge about market and offer;
  • help Customers recognize solutions and business opportunities that Big Data technologies might empower;
  • build, then constantly feed, a dynamic pipeline of offers, in order to achieve the objectives on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis;
  • take care of Customers’ overall satisfaction level, then raise it




  • at least 5 years of experience in same or alike role;
  • proven experience in dealing with Key, Strategic Accounts and C-Level;
  • proven track record of individual results, in terms of market shares gained and achieved sales targets;
  • previous experience in an Advanced Analytics environment is a MUST;
  • good looking, C-Level communication, computer skills;
  • problem-solving and lead-generation;
  • has worked successfully as an integral part of a team within the organization.


Junior Software Engineer

The candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:


  • degree in IT, mathematics or equivalent
  • good command of Java, C, C++, C#
  • good knowledge of HTML, XML, DOM, Javascript, application servers and web servers
  • knowledge of SQL and relational DBMSs
  • knowledge of AGILE development techniques
  • good ability to troubleshoot/debug
  • knowledge of the main design methodologies


The candidate we seek must be able to:


  • support the design of software components according to the best practices in software engineering
  • develop software components and support drafting of related technical documentation
  • perform functional testing of implemented components
  • make comparative analyses of tools, suggest ways to improve both effectiveness and efficiency of production processes
